TRANSFERS: UMW Goal Keeper Tyler Back Signs First Pro Contract in Finland

 UMW is reporting that;

"Former University of Mary Washington soccer goalie Tyler Back has signed a professional contract with Rovaniemen Pallosuera (RoPs) of the Finnish Premier League, Veikkausliga, for the 2016 season. Back, who played three years at UMW, posted 24 victories in goal for the Eagles, with a 1.18 GAA in 48 career starts. After missing the majority of his junior season with injury, he gained a medical hardship waiver, and played this season at Oregon State University.

Back is currently in Finland training for the season, which begins in April."

Tyler has already started for Rovaniemi in their League Cup game v KuPs which they won 2 - 0 (Tyler picked up a yellow)

Tyler (from Falls Church, Virginia) began his career  at George Mason High School in Virginia
